Just look at the view from the Zed Shed where we rehearsed this morningĀ and then listen to an African piece that we sang today. Thanks to S for the recording. I hope both contribute to your happiness!
Our garden is coming to life, just like Ute’s and it is such a joy. More and more Crocuses, even more Tete a Tete, buds on the Hydrangeas and flowers on the Camellias. Spring is on its way after such a long, wet and windy winter.

On yesterday’s walk, I loved the lichen and my camera caught every detail.
We have come up to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth again for my lovely Mr S’s check-up after his spine op nine weeks ago. It’s an early appointment so we are staying at the wonderful Hearts Together hospital hotel overnight. There’s a lovely half moon high in the sky.
It’s been a day of kindnesses and all have been greatly appreciated.
In the post today came a couple of cards full of love and one containing more sea glass from my blogging friend Judith as well as a beautiful butterfly that she has made for me. Thank you, J.
Then from my blogging friend, Nancy, the following which I love.
And, just now, by email, a song, “This Love Will Carry.” I was unable to go to choir today as I was to have my stitches out. As it turned out, the wound was not quite ready so I have to return on Wednesday. This song was recorded for me and the others who were unable to be there and who were missed. Do click on the link and listen to my beautiful choir.
Another friend brought us the eggs that I normally collect from other friends at rehearsal.
I am quite overwhelmed with the love and kindnessesĀ washing around me.
P.S. Thank you for all the comments too. I’ll get to them tomorrow xx
It’s Christmas Eve and I send love and peaceĀ to all my Readers out there in the world.Ā
I love that some of our cards are of doves as friends also wish for peace.
Our family from Spain, visas granted have arrived in London today to spend the first week with siblings and cousins and will be with us for New Year. Great excitement all round!
Outside Truro Cathedral in the queue waiting for the night time showing of Gaia, I noticed a pretty leaf and a heart shaped hole between the cobbles. The couple in front of us in the line were amused to see me taking a photo of the groundĀ and then appreciated what they were seeing too.
Gaia at night was as glorious, if not more so, than when we first saw it last week. Two friends were there too and I caught them admiring the world in all its beauty.
