Nutella Cookies
Our eldest daughter gave me this very easy and very delicious recipe. Do try it if you like Nutella! You’ll be very pleased!
Ingredients
1 jar Nutella
100g flour
2 eggs
100g chocolate drops (I used 50g each white and dark)
- Ingredients
How to do it
1 Mix first three ingredients together! (I warmed the Nutella very briefly in the microwave as I had been warned that it was a very stiff mixture. I then put it, the eggs and the flour into the food processor for a few moments.) Then stir in the chocolate drops or mix very quickly in the processor. Don’t let them get chopped up.
- All mixed up in the processor
2 Put teaspoons of mixture onto baking sheets, leaving space to spread.
3 Cook at 170*C for about 20 mins. (My daughter, visiting 23.3.2013, tells me this should be 10 mins. I can’t remember now how long I cooked them for but please try 10 mins first and give them longer if you think you need to but they do catch easily)
4 Eat and enjoy! They are delicious warm!

My daughter tells me that they are softer, like cookies when made with Self raising flour. The recipe I give is crunchy and makes perfect dunking biscuits! let me know how yours turn out – they are very moreish! 🙂
