1 This beautiful Day Lily flowered for the first time today.
2 We went early to Miss Peapod’s to rehearse and this amazing rainbow appeared over the Penryn River.

Miss Peapod! I love that name. I have missed what goes on at Miss Peapod’s….but I am sure it is something delightful.
The lily is beautiful. I am worthless with plants etc. Day Lily…does it last longer than a day? Or one of those flowers that has its day and then wilts?
(I wilted a long time ago 🙁 )

The Day Lily does only last a day! That’s why catching its beauty was so important to me.
Miss Peapod’s is a cafe on the side of the river. They serve the most delicious cake and other delights and have live music in the evenings. Last night I was one of the live singers! 🙂
