1 The Grandchildren are with us! That’s beautiful! Lots of lovely conversations and laughs. We introduced Jake to The Heligan Giant today and will take him to visit next week.
2 Our garden is delighting us, so many beautiful blooms. Click on any image to enlarge and see the detail, especially the poppy bud.
3 The red sky tonight was reflected on the windows over the road. Hopefully tomorrow will be another beautiful day.

Great pictures…In this part of the United States we say ” red sky at night, sailors delight”! I find it interesting to hear the differences in little quotes and sayings. Since we live in the mountains you would think “shepherds delight” would be a better quote. 🙂 Blessings ~ Patty

I share your interest in sayings and phrases from other parts of the world. You might think that in Cornwall, being surrounded on 3 sides by the sea we might choose the sailor version! 🙂

We do! We don’t see them often enough as they live in London and we are in Cornwall but we treasure visits in either direction. 🙂

Yes red sky at night is the shepherds delight, or so they say? 🙂
This is a very nice posting MBT and I am sure your Grandchildren
will have heaps of laughter and fun times over the weekend 🙂
