Mum, A Jay and Another Adventure

After my lovely Mum died, I brought  a Forget-me-not plant from her garden and it has spread really pleasingly  in ours. It is always in flower on the anniversary of her death which today is 30 years.

Wesley’s Wise Words, Hummus and Dahlias at Dusk

1   A good friend sent me this quotation from John Wesley:

Do all the good you can

2     We harvested all the the rest  of the broad beans today and blanched and froze most of them, just saving back enough for supper and for delicious Broad Bean Hummus for lunch.

3   The light was beautiful at dusk and lit the White Dahlias to perfection.
