Bird Food, Clematis and Tomato Crop

10 Jul

A blogger friend, Arkenaten, posted today about a brilliant idea about for the birds. I have made the same contraption but no joy yet, just our two sculptures looking mildly interested! In South Africa, Arkenaten’s Mouse birds were there within five minutes!

We have just one flower on the Clematis. The centre reminds me of a Sea Urchin.

We are delighted with this year’s tomato crop, all grown outside in a hanging basket, small but very tasty.

We haven’t had any hungry birds on it yet but it is a very wet and windy day! 🙂

Looks wonderful. All that’s missing are the birds …. but they’ll come. You wait and see.
