Thistle, Hang-gliding and Special Ice-Cream
It was a beautiful day today and we took our books up to St Agnes Beacon, watched the sea and the activity and read in the warm sunshine. The purple thistles were glorious against the deep blue of the sea.
2 I had fun watching the hang-gliders.
3 Later we went to Chapelporth for the wonderful ice-creams that they serve there. They are called Hedgehogs and are a dollop of Cornish ice cream topped with a dollop of Cornish clotted cream which is then rolled in Toasted Hazelnuts – utterly decadent and delicious!
I loved this message from the life-savers.
