Mint, Market and An Angel

We had a lovely breakfast with good friends this morning and then went shopping in Truro. In the Apple shop there was a delightful grow box with mint thriving.

The Christmas market on Lemon Quay has been upgraded with some delightful wooden huts rather than the white tents that have been used for years. It had a really lovely continental market feel to it and will be even better as dark falls.

Regular readers will know how I love angels. I have bought many over the years on all our holidays. This one we bought in September in Santa Fe. She’s a little bell and is gorgeous!

I love this flashmob with my choirs. There’s a need for joy and harmony right now. All the very best to all my Dear Readers.

Truro, Owls and Flower Stall

1    We went shopping in Truro this afternoon after one storm had passed and just before the next one came in.   This very beautiful curved street, Walsingham Place in Truro, dates back to the Georgian period.

2   Owls were a kind of family emblem and these two are lovely. I was very tempted but resisted!

3   What a lovely flower display this is, in the equally lovely little indoor market in Lemon Street, Truro.
