Truro, Owls and Flower Stall

12 Feb

1    We went shopping in Truro this afternoon after one storm had passed and just before the next one came in.   This very beautiful curved street, Walsingham Place in Truro, dates back to the Georgian period.

2   Owls were a kind of family emblem and these two are lovely. I was very tempted but resisted!

3   What a lovely flower display this is, in the equally lovely little indoor market in Lemon Street, Truro.

Weird weather, isn’t it. You know it is bad when the Brit’s complain about the rain and storms.

Here is -30C, so Truro an Walsingham Place look warm and inviting. Though I’ll keep the Arctic air mass, as I prefer snow over rain, hands down, this time of the year.
