Red Sails, Rosemary and Rumi

17 Oct

It has been a misty sort of a day but still lovely for a walk. I loved these red sails in the mist, on a very long zoom!

2   Our Rosemary finished flowering sometime ago but in the balmy air of Falmouth and the sunshine that came through the mist as we finished our walk, this one goes on and on.

The  words of Rumi resonate here as always:

“On a day
when the wind is perfect,
the sail just needs to open and the world is full of beauty.
Today is such a
day.”
Rumi

Thanks to my blogging friend Ute Smile for nominating me for the 3 day Quote challenge!

I am very happy to take part in this challenge and as this is Day One, the above quotation from Rumi is my choice.

I am supposed to nominate three others to take part but I invite any of you to join me in this lovely Challenge, in the comments or in your own blog. These are the “Rules”

  • Post one quotation a day for three days (they can be from other sources or one of your own).
  • Nominate 3 other bloggers to participate per post.
  • Thank the blogger who nominated you.

I live by the ocean so I love the view of open water…I can smell the rosemary, it is such a treat.
