Yesterday my choir, The Ingleheart Singers, met in the Big Shed at Community Roots as our usual rehearsal space was unavailable. It was wonderful to sing in there, the acoustics were excellent and we were singing to the garden. Here we are singing a bit of “Summertime.”
The wild flower border is looking beautiful and is full of pollinators.
The Owl Box arrived today and is going to be fixed to the Big Shed at some point soon.
1 Our Autumn sown Broad beans are in flower and the bees have been buzzing around.

2 I love these little white flowers of Arenaria Montana which will go on all Summer right through to the first frost.

3 Singing tonight was brilliant. We are doing ‘Summertime’ from Porgy and Bess and tonight it suddenly came together and sounded good.
