A Walk With A Friend, A Poem and A Web

28 Sep

A ‘hippie’ friend and I had a walk around her village today in misty spider web weather so here is a gallery of some of the beautiful things we spotted and a lovely poem by the very talented Kim Ridgeon, Β sent my way today by another dear friend. Click on any photo for the caption and to see more detail. My hippie friend also has two new hips!

While I was outside today I saw tons of “flying spiders” – blobs of web and strands of silk flying through the air. Made me think of your poem here!

It’s a lovely evocative poem which is why I used it – just perfect for this season. πŸ™‚

Thank you for telling me that. I didn’t have a name for the poet. Please can you give me his full name so that I can credit him on here. πŸ™‚
