We have travelled home today from a lovely few days with family in London and as always the journey home was magical. As we pull in to Truro station, I can almost see my 6’3″ Dad there waving at me , meeting me from college up-country and taking me, not straight home but straight to Perranproth , sea-starved as I was. Thank you for that photo journey. I made it many, many times over the years. I would always stand by a door on the left side when coming slowly down the gradient and crossing the viaduct to see the cathedral come into view. Always Mother and brothers there to greet me off the train.
