Weekly Photo Challenge – Blur

08 Apr

Here, I have creamed the butter and sugar until almost white and am now incorporating the finely grated rind of two oranges and loads of grated ginger as I make the most Delicious gingerbread ever!  The K beater is doing all the work in a blur of motion.

Wonderful photo for this week’s challenge. That sure looks like some delicious gingerbread batter. It must have been tempting to not have a taste or two or more of it 😀

Oh, you have sussed me out! I always taste the mixture when I bake. I often prefer the raw spoonfuls! Thank you for calling in and taking the time to comment. 🙂

I grew up with a Kenwood back in the 60s; some things can’t be beat!
