Weekly Photo Challenge – Blur 2

Last night’s sunset was utterly amazing – the sky seemed to be on fire. After taking some conventional photos, I decided to move the camera and see if I could get some interesting blurry photos. Weekly Photo Challenge – Blur

Here, I have creamed the butter and sugar until almost white and am now incorporating the finely grated rind of two oranges and loads of grated ginger as I make the most Delicious gingerbread ever!  The K beater is doing all the work in a blur of motion.
