Surfing, Eton Mess and Garlic

1   Not me before you get all excited!  Just have a look at this video. Isn’t that one of the most beautiful things?

2    The pudding I made for this evening, Eton Mess Parfait, went down well and looked beautiful too.

3   Our friends who came for dinner tonight brought us this beautiful garlic which they have grown themselves. It looks almost too good to use – but I will!

    Seeing your picture of fresh garlic brought back memories of a Parsi scrambled egg preparation, mom often made it when she found fresh garlic in the market:) Absolutely delicious!

      We do actually have Summer at last – it’s hot with a gentle breeze. We haven’t seen the like for at least 4 years! 🙂
