1 There was just one swan on The Penryn River this morning. If you look closely, you can see the webbed feet working well.
2 On our drive this morning, lay this leaf, full of raindrops and when I looked really closely, I could see the leaf’s veins all magnified by the raindrops! Beautiful!
3 We were given a very special little bouquet when we visited L&T several weeks ago and I have been reluctant to put the dying flowers on the compost as I love the faded beauty of the roses in particular. They still grace the kitchen and I love them.
I’ve put the photos in a gallery format as well as that allows you to click and get a proper enlargement to see the magic of the rain-drops’ effect.

Thank you for calling in. Roses fade away with such delicacy, don’t they? 🙂

Amazing that all the raindrops magnified the veins. Lovely photos, Sally

I think swans are so beautiful, except the time I was four in Fairford and somehow irritated one and it cam after me. Needless to say I ran as fast as I could! Last year I visited Abbotsbury for the first time and it was wonderful. 🙂 Should do a post with some of the pics I took.
