St Just to St Mawes, Blackberry Dessert and Driftwood

1   Over the King Harry Ferry to St Just and then a five mile walk along the coastal path to St Mawes, again showing Cornwall off to P.

The King Harry Ferry

KHF timetable. Love the detail – This side : The other side!

There had been a recent wedding in St Just Church

Wedding flowers on the side of every pew.

Inside St Just Church which was filled with the perfume of all the beautiful flowers

2   The best dessert in the world has to be blackberries warmed by the sun and straight from the hedgerows.

Warm blackberries

And while I was picking blackberries I spotted this spider very busily spinning her web.

3   On the small stretch of beach that you can walk along on this walk we found lots of fantastical driftwood and this delightful resting place!
