Lemons, Dolly’s Tea Room and Falmouth Harbour

18 Aug

1    I’m sure you know the expression, ‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!’  Well, life isn’t giving me lemons at the moment but a friend has done, 15 of the little yellow beauties so I have made lemonade – actually cordial – and it is delicious!

2   A small number of The Suitcase Singers went to Dolly’s Tea Room this afternoon to sing “It’s getting better” at a birthday party and it was very well received.

Now that is what I call a tea room. What an inviting frontage.

How can I not comment on your post, great photos, and great choices you made for putting this selection together. From lemons to tea room to harbor to boats at rest, all so different, yet all exactly fitting together as the same. anyone who doesn’t like this probably likes football.
    Nice posting

Of course you made lemonade. It was … well … Last time I got a lot of lemons, I made lemon curd. That was really good too, especially on toast or English muffins.
