WIP, Repair and New Woodland

I cut the sunbeams on this piece today and now it is ready to foil.

Friends have sent me this charming little fish to mend so that’s my next job. I’m hoping I can work out how to do it.

As we are all self-isolating and have been in contact with no-one else, we decided that to meet our good friends in their new woodland in the wind and to keep two metres apart would be safe enough…..   It was lovely to see that some of the baby trees are already leafing up. The shots are taken down the green protective tubes.

Blackberry Jam, Raindrops and Courgettes

I’ve missed singing again this morning, still sniffly, so to cheer myself up, I made Blackberry and Apple Jam using last Autumn’s pickings and freeing up some freezer space. It is always very satisfying to be creative.

Sunshine and showers again today and I caught some raindrops on the newly emerging tulip.

Courgettes (zucchini to some of my readers) dressed with lime to go with our Cajun Salmon this evening. I liked how the browning pattern is so pretty here.
