Sitting in the sun room, watching the downpour that was stopping me plant the Narcissi, I saw how the light had caught the wrapper on the bulbs – and only at the one angle.
Next door’s Nasturtiums are creeping over the wall again and we love the colour they bring to that corner.

My bulbs only arrived at the weekend and now I am wondering when I can get them planted! Tomorrow is hopeful, otherwise I shall have to make use of the spidery shed…. 🕷🕷🕷

My Canna is not blooming this year,they just have leaves.

They do seem to be temperamental! Our yellow one needs more sun and may not make it this year. 😊
