I love going to meetings where everyone is up for trying out a new cake! Today’s was a sugar free Banana and Blueberry Roulade and was very well received! I’ll put the recipe up at some point. This is my variation of the recipe by Susanna Booth which was in The Guardian a few weeks ago.
I wish I could send you the scent of the Hyacinths as well as the lovely Delft blue colour.
We have had this lovely little sculpture for a long time and love its delicacy.
