Our Christmas Cactus, which I have learned today is a Schlumbergera, is growing new leaves which are very delicate and pink. Walking up from town (hard work but rewarding! I made it!) the huge Magnolia at the bottom of the lane is just coming into flower.2 In the little herb wall, these crocuses are taking over from the purple and orange ones. I love the dusty pollen scattered inside.3 The Tete-a-tete continue to flower – such a long and happy season. Here they are in tiers in our back garden.

Beautiful signs of spring – hope to see some soon around here. Although I have been seeing geese flying north and saw my first Robin! Oh what joy!! 😀

They’d are such good narcissi aren’t they. Cheerful and not too fancy. Sadly our daff breeders seem to like to make new varieties too fussy which is not what they should be like at all.

They really are head to head, they don’t all face the sun but look at each other. 🙂
