I haven’t been able to id this caterpillar who was crawling up one of our baby leeks, could be a Cabbage White?
I took this photo from the back bedroom window – an overview.

What a gorgeous backyard!
If I lived closer, I would ask for a private tour.

I would so love to show you around. Just out of shot on the left is a small slate patio, just big enough for a table and two chairs, with a trellis full of clematis on one side and a Cornish hedge on the other.
Through the wisteria arch are our four raised beds with the sweetcorn, beans, leeks and brassicas (those last almost all eaten away by caterpillars) and the arbour where we can sit in sun or shade as we choose. Would love to sit and have a coffee with you and share more of our lives. 🙂

We are delighted with it this year, so full of colour and with four different seating places depending on the sun/shade as we want. 🙂

Your garden is absolutely beautiful. Exactly how I would like for mine to be.

Thank you. We are really pleased with how much colour we have this year. Perhaps the abundance of rain this year has been good for the blooms. 🙂
