Today I found out that the sewing technique I learned yesterday is reverse appliqué. Instead of adding layers, you start with all four and cut out layers one by one. I delivered the two I made last night, using some lovely Senegalese fabric that I have, to the second workshop today.
The table in the Art Room looked so inviting but I couldn’t stay today.
These beautiful white dahlias are on our neighbour’s plot at the allotments.
