Last night’s sunset was spectacular, photo taken from the bedroom window at about 10.30pm.
Our golden rose is blooming lovely.
Another courgette meal as we pick some every day. Today, a rather large one stuffed with a lentil ragu and covered with cheese sauce and grated cheese – delicious!
