Welsh Cakes, St David’s Day and Street Art

01 Mar

It’s St David’s Day and to celebrate my heritage, I made Welsh Cakes as my Mum used to do. I still have the griddle that I inherited, that Mum used to use on the Aga but, sadly,  it cannot be used on an induction hob.

Something always tastes better on a beautiful plate. And instead of wolfing down the cake (like I would in the kitchen) I would take delicate little bites and make delightful conversation. 🙂

It would be so lovely to have you here to indulge ourselves in just that way. 🙂

Really moving isn’t it? I would love to see it in real life, the detail is remarkable. L)
