The poem, well I don’t know quite what to say. It makes me feel sad. And yet I want to read it again and again. I want to stand taller!

Interesting isn’t it, our reaction to some carefully put together words like this. I’m really glad that it touched you and many other readers. 🙂

Wonderful poem, Sally. It immediately made me think of a friend, now in her nineties, who radiates this kind of serenity. Whenever I get stressed for any reason, I think of her and try to channel some of her peacefulness.

So glad you loved it too and that it reminded you of your friend with the capacity for serenity. 🙂
