Going back into the bookshop was a special pleasure after such a long time. It wasn’t busy but the city of Truro was buzzing and very full of shoppers.
We now have a new supply of reading but one book that looked interesting, I left behind. Has anyone out there read it? Any comments? 
I may have to go back for it…..

We had out first meal in a restaurant last week. Overnight in Santa Fe to do some errands, we stayed at the glorious La Fonda and had breakfast in their beautiful dining room.

What a treat that must have been! We’re not allowed to stay anywhere until after May 17th. Perhaps we should be booking somewhere and have something special to look forward to. Our next breakfast date is booked. š

Go for it! Of course, most “freedumb” loving Americans would never put up with the sort of lockdown you’ve had. We would have been better off with more masks and restrictions, of course.

That books looks really interesting. I shall have look out for it. Good to see Truro’s ‘ansum spires. The family & I usually go for a once a year shopping trip on the train, so we missed it last year. Hope your new books smell super good. Lulu x
