The sun shone again today though the air was cold and I planted lots of Tulip bulbs to flower next May.
We walked on the cliffs this afternoon in a biting wind and found lots of yellow flowers which brightened up the walk, the sky having turned steely grey.
Driving home from Godrevy, there’s a brilliant long view towards Carn Brea, the Castle and the Monument.

Hm. Planting tulips in a container. That’s a great idea. Maybe a tub of tiny daffodils and grape hyacinth, too. I think you do that as well. Will have to put hardware cloth on top of the pots in order to keep the critters out.

Groan… I have hundreds of bulbs to plant but can’t use the garden yet. And today is far too blowy anyway.

it is blowy today and not much fun to be out in. Can’t use the garden yet? Why is that? 🙂

Full of builder’s tools as I am having the conservatory roof replaced.

I remember you saying that was about to happen but hadn’t realised that it would keep you out of your garden. Hope it’s all finished soon for you. 🙂

Only way they can access the conservatory. On the last leg now. I did hide away most of the pots!
