In the words of my lovely neighbour, Sue, “Well, I think you can call that a triumph!” We had just left the home of her niece who had let me borrow her beautiful baby boy to try out the Baby Carrier I have been making for refugee parents on Lesbos. L reported it as being very comfortable, feeling very safe and cosy for J and making him feel nearly weightless! So it works! That inspires me to make more! I have materials for two more so that will be my first target. I am hoping that they will get easier and quicker now that I know what I am doing.
I had lunch with a good friend in the cafe at Trebah Gardens today – delicious lunch and excellent company.
S had left her very sweet little dog in the car while we ate and when let out for her walk, Molls found something very interesting in the hedge.

I love the baby carrier. Did you make the pattern or can you purchase it somewhere?
