1 As we left London after our week with our Grandchildren and moved into countryside, there were fields of all colours – red with Poppies, yellow with a crop of Oilseed Rape, blue with a Linseed crop, gold with Barley and of course, green – beautiful English fields in summertime.
2 Some of the cloud formations were quite lovely too and when it wasn’t my turn to drive I managed to catch a photo or two.
3 It’s always a heart tingling moment to cross the border into Cornwall!

I just love poppies and what a fabulous field full. We were cloud chasing at the weekend too but not as good pictures!

Good to see the poppies. Our mini-meadow of poppies failed to germinate. Can’t understand it. Must be to do with weather earlier on.

Beautiful pictures. In particular I like the Poppy Fields – looks like a piece of artwork.
