Last night the full Buck moon was still glorious and I do like taking a photo through leaves and branches.
I made another sunshine cake today. It was my usual coffee cake for the monthly Saturday market in Redruth and baked on solar energy.
The sun coming through the etched glass on the front door threw the pattern onto the stair carpet at the top of the stairs.

That’s a lovely moon shot. And I agree – the cake looks yummy. I haven’t noticed it in your list of recipes though.

Glad you liked the shot – it pleased me too.
The cake isn’t in my recipes as it’s just a regular Mary Berry recipe but I’ll add it next time I make it. 🙂
