In Truro today, to meet my brother and SIL for lunch – how rarely I can say that as they live in Atlanta, Georgia, USA – we were impressed by the gorgeous baskets of flowers.
The flags in Victoria Square as we were waiting for the bus were blowing in the breeze.
A beautiful sunset looked likely so we chanced it and went to the cliffs at St Agnes and there it was, utterly lovely.

It was a pretty visit, lots of colour in the countless hanging baskets all over the city. 🙂

I wave back at the petunias, they are wave petunias are they not. If not my bad.
The designer in me loves the pin wheel flags.
A sunset made even better from moisture off the Atlantic.

I don’t know if they are wave petunias so I’ll take your word for it and wave along with you. . I loved the flags flapping in the breeze too even though I am not a designer.
We do get some glorious sunsets and didn’t know that the moisture helped them to be so lovely. 🙂

We did, thank you. It’s such a treat to have my brother around for so long and to be able to meet up for lunch and to say, “See you tomorrow!” 🙂
