Just the best news came through today in a phone call as we were walking around – our 15 year old Granddaughter, LiveWire 1, has just received her visa so can come with the rest of the family to UK for Christmas and New Year!!

Yes we will. It will be a most precious week. They will have the first week in London with one of our daughters and her family and then the second week with us when the other two daughters and families will join us all. Hope you have a lovely festive season planned too. 🙂

That was my favourite too, the contrast not only of the colour but also of the textures – crispy leaves and soft, squishy moss.

Yes, we are thrilled. It’s alway a tense time as we wait to find out if visas have been granted. It was a lovely walk. 🙂

Oh, we will! Visits are so rare and the wait for the visa always tense but now we have lots of fun to look forward to. LiveWire 1 is 15 and LivesWires 5 and 6 almost 7 years old. Others of the family will be visiting while that family is here so it’ll be a crazy, busy time! 🙂
