Diaspora Gardens, Shop Window and Hallelujah

10 Mar

Th flat place we chose for the lovely Mr S to walk today was the Diaspora Gardens area of Heartlands just a few miles up the road. The Australia garden features eucalyptus trees among many other plants. The plaque explains why the Cornish miners went to the other side of the world and there is more info if you click on the red link.

On our way there we passed my favourite wool shop and noticed the shop window honouring Ukraine. I parked up and got the photo.

A friend sent this to me yesterday, children from a Cornish primary school singing Hallelujah with words specially written to send love and support to Ukraine. I found it very moving.
