The greengrocers had various beautiful pumpkins and squash on sale.

At the other end of the Duchy there are still many leaves on the trees – most of them only just beginning to turn.

My squash are just beginning to sprout. – gens, butternut and pumpkin. It’ll be a few months before we see any fruit but I’m hoping for a bumper crop this year.
