The Purple Tepee Beans in the allotment poly tunnel have sprouted. Hooray!
The sun shining through the engraved glass on the front door this evening threw this pattern on the wall.
We had nothing much more than carrots in the fridge so I looked up carrots on BBC Good Food and found Carrot Biryani so that’s what I made and it was truly delicious.

Thank you it looks delicious, but unfortunately I’m not sure that I will have enough beans at this stage, but have certainly stored your recipe in the memory bank for next season, when I know I will be looking for new ideas to use up the excess!

The beans will sprout. We know they will sprout. But when they sprout we are amazed. Like we have never seen beans sprout before. 🙂
