1 Choc Chip Uru sent this along today and I love it – both for its philosophy and because I love lemons and cooking with lemons as you will see from my recipe pages! You can add Lemon Curd, Lemon Butter Cake, Lemony Courgettes and more to that list!
2 Our lovely horses in the back field (not really ours, we just like to pretend!) are up to their knees in buttercups! Do horses have knees?
3 Our Grandbabies have met each other for the first time tonight – three little cousins together – so delightful!

As someone said – one picture tells a hundred stories – all as old as the hills but depending on whose doing the telling. Thanks for sharing these beauties.

Yep, horses have knees. Nice photos. And having someone else own the horses, but enjoying the view is the best of the two worlds. 🙂

I think, other than primates, only elephants have knees 🙂

Aw, I love stroking their baby cousin 🙂 Their faces are concentrating on being gentle, I can see 🙂
The horse in the buttercups: delightful.

I like lemon, bunches. Lemon anything with the exception of lemonade.
Beautiful creature, from great stock. Perky ears, your getting a wave and a hello. Did you know that? Knee or hock, as Shelagh has stated, though it is more like our wrists then our knees.
You can tell they’re related; all have the same nose. The little one has that ‘true and perfect baby face’ happen. Like the horse, from good stock am sure.

I didn’t know I was getting a hello – how lovely! Thank you for the lovely comments about the Grandbaby noses!
It’s hectic here but lovely watching them all getting to know each other.
All the best to you 🙂

Knees in front, hocks behind. I often make lemon curd, so easy! made a lemony chicken with butter last week. Delish.

You’ve provided evocative images here. Does make me want to take photos of my lemons, tho. xxoo
