Mistakes, Sunset and Information

Here are some more words of wisdom from the wonderful Neil Gaiman.
“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes.
Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re Doing Something.
So that’s my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody’s ever made before. Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.
Whatever it is you’re scared of doing, Do it.
Make your mistakes, next year and forever.”
― Neil Gaiman
I wish that for all of you too. Let’s all make mistakes as we try new and exciting things in 2023.
The lovely Mr S drove me to see the sunset this evening.
Several people have loved the artwork by Nadiya Martynenko, the Ukrainian artist that I posted about a  few days ago. I have found out more about her and there are facebook links.  There are also many more wonderful paintings to be found there too.
“Nadiya Martynenko was born in the Tovstolis in Chernihiv. She studied art studio in Kiev October Palace and 1975-1979  Studied at the Crimean Art School. Since 2005 member of the Chernihiv Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. [kharkov] –
There is also information about her on the next link but I can’t yet find where to buy prints of her remarkable work.
My apologies to all whose likes and comments appear to have gone unnoticed over the last week. I have noticed and appreciated and am now much brighter. Thank you, too, for your kind get well wishes.
