I love chocolate gingers, but it is so difficult to find them nowadays. I shall look up this recipe as they look extremely nice!

I cut 20 out of the 24cms rather than 12-16 as he suggests. Smaller would be good but I don’t think they would cut smaller. I, too, love Chocolate gingers and I’m given them every year – but not this one……. The cakes make good substitutes especially as I replaced the candied peel with ginger in the mix. 🙂
