I should have included these Wallflowers yesterday, just beginning to flower. I’m hoping that, being at the front door, they will cheer people with both their colour and their scent.
It’s time to bring out the Christmas earrings. These beautiful Origami ones were a birthday present a few years ago. They were made by Mary Lee.
A rule for living? Yes, that’ll do nicely!

Didn’t know wallflowers are a real flower. Beautiful. Are they outside the door? They can take the cold? Must consider a dancing-in-the-morning practice.

They are planted in the autumn and flower a little all winter coming into their own early in the Spring. They smell wonderful so I am hoping they will welcome people who come to the front door with a treat for their olfactory senses! 🙂

Wallflowers were Dad’s favourite flowers and we always had them around our quarters. We don’t have them in WA and I do miss their glorious perfume!
