After all the rain last night, suddenly the sun came up and lit up the Choisya blooms so brightly.
There was a lovely view across to St Euny on our walk today.
Tonight’s supper was a Sweet Potato and Spinach Curry – scrumptious.

Love the second shot to bits. Looks so peaceful … in England’s green and pleasant land … tra la la.
We had curry yesterday, which was very welcome as it was perishing cold!
But to it was gloriously sunny and warm. I have sweet potato growing but I think it’ll be a while before they are ready.
I read that you can stir fry the leaves, (bit of garlic and olive oil) which we will be having a go at sometime soon.
