The seed heads on the Fennel are lovely against the sky.
Today, Bonfire Night in Great Britain, is my Mum’s birthday. As a little girl, she thought everyone was celebrating her birthday with bonfires and fireworks. She was born in 1914, 101 years ago.
Here I show you another section of my print tray with two more of the little brass owls, some more of my keys, a stripy piece of stone from The Grand Canyon, a grey stone from a Cornish beach and a lump of lava from Hawaii. The dark shiny stone was collected by my Mum and Dad many, many years ago. They thought it looked like a statue of the Madonna and Child. The little house with the words, Live the life you love, we bought in New England a couple of years ago. Four more sections to go…….
