Sometime ago, dear friends, on hearing that we had never seen Cinema Paradiso, sent us the dvd. Sadly, our dvd player was not working so we didn’t see the film for a while. We recently bought a new player and today, being a wild, wet and windy one with an amber storm warning in place, seemed a good afternoon to settle down and watch.

My morning was happily spent with glass, this time a sun-catcher made from red glass that friends gave me a few years ago, a lovely heart-shaped piece of sea glass sent by a lovely blog friend and an old earring, again, a donation from a friend. I love making beauty out of love.
