One of my birthday cards is a cut-out greenhouse, just delightful!
Inside the colourful crackers made by LiveWire no 4 were some delicious and very beautiful hand-painted chocolates. They were not quite as big as the photo suggests!
I love this new word celebrating the joy of listening to bird song.
The winds have settled for us and we have been remarkably lucky. All around us, friends in local villages have suffered power outages that are expected to last until Sunday. Many trees have come down and blocked roads but we have been able to stay safely indoors.

Last year they sent me a grand piano! I’ve collected all the cut-out cards as they are so special. 🙂

That’s a fabulous card. I have one that is like an aquarium. Glad you kept safe from the storm, it was pretty horrendous around here, but then I am on the top of a hill and face southwest. No power for 26 hours, but could have been worse as they estimated Sunday 8am! Lots and lots of trees down and roads blocked made travel yesterday difficult.

Sorry you were without power for such a long time. Parts of Cornwall have been hit really badly, especially gardens like Trelissick and Trebah and I hear St Michael’s Mount has lost many many trees, very sad.
