Street Art, Another Stone and Lemon Curd

05 Dec

We came home from town a different way today after the market and spotted a piece of street art that we haven’t noticed before. It made us both laugh.

Along Lovers’ Lane was this lovely coloured stone.

We’ve made Lemon Curd today as the lovely Mr S had a sudden yen for some on toast!  You can find the recipe here.

In baby Kilner jars and a half jar to eat right away!

The lemon curd looks delish. I made your courgette and feta muffins this week and threw in some fennel seeds, works wonderfully.

Sounds like a good addition. I’ll try that next time. 🙂

Sounds like an excellent addition. If I have answered before, forgive me! WordPress is not showing me my comments. I have to go to another site and reply from there and it doesn’t show that I have replied! irritating! 🙂

Looks great! My great aunt (from Scotland) used to make lemon curd. Mom too ~ she used it as the center layer of coconut cakes.
