Bluebells, Ginger and A Mermaid

21 Jan

I was given this beautiful necklace for my birthday a few weeks ago and I just love it. The colours are gorgeous and Bluebells are some of my favourite wild flowers.

Ginger is my favourite snack!

Just before Christmas, a young friend held a Pop-up Art exhibition to raise money for refugees in Lesvos.   Click here for lots of photos of the event. This little Mermaid was the piece of art that I bought. She is on the wall in our kitchen.

I have added bluebells to my garden and they are at the top of my favorites list…I love the artistry and craftsmanship in your new necklace.

Lovely, isn’t it? My friend said it is pre-loved and I like that very much. 🙂

As well as being delicious, it’s good for the digestion and prevents travel sickness. 🙂

That is a pretty necklace. I too love ginger and this afternoon I came up with a pear & ginger cake. It looks and tastes well. Must post the recipe one of these Mondays.

Thank you! I was given instructions too about where it should go when I no longer need it! To our baby granddaughter who has the beautiful name of Bluebell! 🙂
