This is a blanket made for Blue Light Babies, a group aiming to provide every frontline ambulance in the UK with little hats and blankets, especially for babies who are born under the blue light as they arrive in the world before arriving at the hospital.

In a not so altruistic world, you, without doubt , are one altruistic knitting machine/maniac. The pattern perfectly pleasing on the eyes and am sure on skin. The colour, at least on my screen -butterscotch.

Very clever. Did you ever post the pattern for those adorable booties that you made way back in the spring. It might have been even longer than that. Now that my granddaughter is due in the next 10 days I’d love to knit her a pair.
