We had a few bananas in the freezer that needed using up so I made a Banana, Pecan and Raisin Cake for tomorrow.
As Nancy suggested, I decided to make a scarf with the lovely sprkly yarn I showed you a while ago..I think it will take me some time!
I found this piece the other day . It’s a good philosophy to live by!

I put them in if they are getting too ripe and we aren’t going to get them eaten. I just pop them in, no wrapping. They make excellent smoothies with yogurt, various fruit and a little maple syrup too. I thawed them before making the cake. 🙂

Considering what sadly happened to Virginia Woolf I was not surprised this was wrongly attributed to her.
So… “Yes, we have no bananas. ” ( in the freezer)

Indeed. No bananas left in the freezer, all in the cake. There will be more as we always seem to have some over ripening and not wanted for eating! 🙂
